Before You Book

• Ask for proof of general liability insurance and, if they send employees, workers' compensation.
• Get a written quote listing what is included (rooms, appliances, windows, supplies).
• Ask whether the same cleaner or team comes each visit, and how complaints and breakages are handled.
• Typical Arkansas price for a cleaning company: $42–$64 per cleaner-hour (our 2026 estimate).
